How to Reach Me

In the summer, I know I'm hard to reach.  My answering machine (347-7242 call-forwards to 526-5888) or my e-mail (jdika@freeway.net) are really the only ways of reaching me.  I try to respond to my callers each day, but on some days that's impossible.  Please leave a message, and trust that I'll do my best to get back to you as soon as I can.  Please don't call me at home.

Contacting me directly is not possible, unless you're my wife.  I do not give out my cell phone number and I don't have a pager.  At times I will surprise you, and actually answer my business phone if I'm available.

The technologies I use free me from interruptions.   My work is quite intense and likewise I am quite intense.  Please do not be insulted or frustrated with my techniques of communicating with my customers.  I find that my customers appreciate my diligence in returning calls.  They also appreciate my commitment to providing superb service with few interruptions, once I'm focused on a job.  Thank you for understanding, and thank you for your patience.
